Time to take off.

Damn what a horrible month was August for me. I'm ready with my exams since this morning. It even feels weird to not sit behind my books, not that I complain haha. Right after my exam I took the bus to the city to get my nails done and to buy the last stuff before I'm leaving Belgium. I'm only leaving for one week tho. The destination is Turkey, Alanya. I'm leaving Saturday in the morning with my boyfriend. Due all the exams I have had no time to think about my holiday, I still can believe it. I'm gonna lay by the pool, get my hair full of sand from the beach (eww!). There is no internet in our appartement and honestly I just wanna enjoy my holiday, for once without internet.

MAC Blush Whole Lotta Love.

Hello everyone! Today I'm going to review the "MAC Pro Longwear Blush Whole Lotta Love". It's not a new color or something but it's my first MAC purchase. Their shop opened in my city in February. At that time I had exams and after them I had a surgery. When I felt good enough to leave the house I basically ran to the MAC store. I needed a blush cause mine fell on the ground. The assistant helped me to choose the right color. I loved how they took the time to help you because without her help I would have chosen the wrong color.

MAC description: A lightweight blush with extreme colour perfection and non-fading, eight-hour wear. Ultra fine, silky powder glides on and blends easily to provide a moist, flawless, natural finish or with layering, a brighter, more dramatic look. 

My skin is a little bit darker then the Belgian girls theirs so the assistant remommended "Whole Lotta Love". In the packaging  it looks dark and too heavy but on your cheeks it's so beautiful! It has such a good pigmentation and a warm undertone. It suits for winter and summer and feels light on your skin. I'm really happy with the blush you can buy it here for America and here for Belgium.

Personal update.

I took this picture yesterday and I think it's the perfect way to describe what I'm feeling. The reason why I was barely on here was college. After my exams they made an announcement. We had a huge project coming up, we had to choose a company and do research about their marketingmix. Oh damn! We had 8 weeks and we needed to work in groups. We had to put a lot of work and effort in it. Last tuesday was my final presentation. You think that I could rest? Well, next wednesday I have my first exam and it will go on till the 21th. Oh wish me good luck! 

After those horrible weeks I'm back with concert and festivals updates!

Hospital update.

Hello everyone,

I'm typing this with one hand.Why? On the 1st of April, I've got a surgery and it's not a joke ;). At the moment I'm not allowed to move my left arm. Well, I can only move my fingers and if I try to move more, it hurts really bad. I was supposed to go home a few hour after the surgery but I felt really dizzy from the anaesthetic. I had to stay an extra night in hospital. Now I'm home and my mom and boyfriend are taking care of me. My boyfriend sat the whole day next to my bed in the hospital while mom was working in the hospital. I can't do much on my own, I need help with everything. This is day 3 and I'm already tired of it. I'll try to write other articles. I'll probably feel better in the upcoming days.

It's been a long time, I know. I have a good reason I think, I'm in the middle of my exams.. I have so many idea's but I don't have time to blog actually. My exams are over next friday and I promise to come back with new articles! I hope you won't run away in the meantime ;)

"Lately I've been waking up alone."

Can I start this article by saying "I had a SHITday." No? Yes? Anyway, I had one of those days today. I decided to leave it behind. "Head up miss!". My dad is kinda ill like the rest of Belgium. And when I'm not here he just lays on the couch, watching movies and hoping that he'll feel better the next day. And then I come in, "Dad let's go!". We took my dog with us and walked for an hour or something. Beside that another dog wanted to eat my little doggie, it was relaxing. There were these two dogs walking in the garden and their boss was working outside. When we passed their house one of the kinda big dogs started to run after my dog. I could keep him away from my dog while my dad took care of her. And then the boss came and stomped his dog. I kept my hand infront of my eyes, I couldn't believe what had happened. I had to wipe a few tears..

Please, whatever your pet does, don't hurt him/her please..

Personal challenge.

Everyone starts now to make a list with his good intentions for 2014. I started a few weeks ago already. I was talking to a guy from class. He told me he drank 3 litres of water per day. That is pretty much and certainly for me. I barely drink one litres in a day, when I told him about it he challenged me. And I wanted to prove myself, I also wanted to prove that I could drink 1.5 liters of water per day. Since that time I always had a bottle of water next to me. When When ithe bottle was empty I sent it to that boy. I've been doing good for two weeks now. I must admit that I do not succeed every day, especially when I'm not home that much. But I do my best and will certainly do in 2014. Drinking water is so healthy. It's good for your kidneys, for your skin, you lose weight from it and you feel just  a lot better!

Shoplog December

Hello everyone, toda I have a small shoplog for you! Yesterday after making my last exam, I met up with my mom in the city to go shopping. Actually I always do it with her. I'll show you what I bought. Are you going to look with me?

I bought this Iphone case in H&M. I was searching for a new one and I thought this one was cute! The flowers make it girly but still classic.

I bought this eyebrow gel in HEMA. It gives your eyesbrows that little extra and it ensures that they remain in their form and model.

I needed these eyeshadows. These are the colors that look good on me and it are really nice colors for the winter. These are from HEMA. On the back ou can see which look you can make with it. Maybe I"ll write an article about it. If you think it's a good idea, let me know!

A simple shirt with a nice text on! I never vuy clothes of  which I don't like the text. You don't wanna walk around with a stupid text on your shirt, right?

I fell in love with this sweater from ZARA. This sweater is a bit loose and slightly shorter.It's so comfortable!

Last but not least, a black pair of pants. You can never have enough of them.

Relax.

After me and my dad drove around the whole day for different things, we wanted so get some fresh air. We decided to walk to the lake with my dog, it's only 2 kilometers from my home. Through quiet streets and a forest and you're already there in 10 minutes. 'De Plas' like we call it here is a good place to find some rest and relax a bit. A lot of people come here to run, to swim and to sail. My dad also used to have a sailing boat, by lack of space he has to sell it. I was with him when the boat got sold. While the new owner drove away I saw my dad standing in the garden with tears in his eyes. His boat was his proud. Until now he didn't buy a new one but I hope he will someday. Sailing on a beautiful is amazing!

New!

Today I went to the city after work. I leave next Wednesday to Copenhagen, all alone. I go there to visit two friends that i know via Twitter. I'm going to stay with one of them. I had so get some goodies to take with me, but as you can see when you scroll down that weren't the only thing I bought, oops :) !

White nail polish is extremely popular at the time, gonna try it!

My hair is really dry because I dye them for years already, I bought a new product for it in 'Body Shop' Maybe I'll write a review later!

I also bought these 'knuckle rings' at H&M. They all look so cute!

I hadn't bought earrings in years. I had to take these with me!

I was waiting at the cash register and I saw this lipgloss from GOSH in a box full of other products for €2,5(!). Normally it costs around € 10 or more.

Shopping at Reserved.

In Poland I discovered a very nice store 'Reserved'! You can compare their collection a bit with ZARA I think. It's one of the largest clothing chains in Poland. The prices are about the same as those of ZARA. Resevered exists in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Estonia, Lithuania, Russia, Romania, Bulgaria, Lotva, Hungary and Ukraine. Hopefully it comes to West Europe in the future. It would be a good competitor for ZARA and H&M.

Biocura Make-up Remover Pads Review

Ik ben terug en deze keer met een review over 'Make-up Remover Pads' van Biocura. Je kan deze voor ongeveer €3 krijgen in de Aldi.

Hello, I'm back and this time with a review about 'Makeup Remover Pads' from Biocura. You can get this for about € 3 in the Aldi.

Verpakking/ Packaging

De verpakking is strak, een rond, plastiek doosje en klaar. Het is hetzelfde doosje als die van de Peeling Pads, waarover ik eerder al een review schreef. (http://evaheroobe.blogspot.be/2013/07/biocura-peeling-pads-review.html) Misschien kan het wel wat plaats innemen als je op reis gaat. Dan raad ik aan om de pads in een kleiner, gesloten doosje te steken.

The packaging is sleek, a round, plastic box and that's it. It's the same case as the one of the Peeling Pads, about which I have already wrote a review.(http://evaheroobe.blogspot.be/2013/07/biocura-peeling-pads-review.html) Maybe it can take some place when you're travelling. Then I recommend to put the pads in a smaller, closed box.

So does the pad look after taking off my make-up.

After this I proceeded to clean my face more because I wasn't not quite satisfied with the result after using one path. I use a normal cotton ball and put 'Eye makeup cleansing oil ' of 'Hema' on. This is the result!

After this i go over my face with 'Cleansing Milk' from Clarins

Finally, I go over my face with 'Toning Lotion' from Clarins.

As you have seen there still comes off a lot of makeup after cleaning with one paath path. I recommend this product especially to take with you on holiday. It has a nice format and of course you want it to be as small as possible. You do have of those days when you're too lazy to take off your make-up but yet you know that iyou must do it. Take this path and get the most make-up off. It's better than nothing!
