The Furry Friend Tag

Hello everyone, I saw this tag on www.misslipgloss.nl and I loved to read it. I also love animals and especially dogs, I even think they are nicer than people. So I thought it would be fun to make this tag. Let's go!

1. What's the name of your pet?
My pet is called 'Chanel'. I know it's not so special and a lot of people give their pet that name but I think it suits my pet too.

2. What animal is it and what breed?

She's a dog, a Chihuahua. Maybe this explains why I called her 'Chanel' haha. I'm a small girl myself so I kinda needed a small dog too!

3. How long have you had your pet already?

I have her for two years now.

4. How did you get your pet gotten?

My 'stepmom' (not anymore) got her from someone, don't know thr whole story behind it but she gave Chanel to me.

5. How old is your pet?
Three years old since the 4th of July. She's not American tho!

6. What are a few crazy things about the personality of your pet?
Well she jumps like a kangaroo. When I'm not paying attention because I'm in the bathroom, she sneaks into my bedroom and sleeps on my pillow. Normally dogs sleep in the sofa when they are allowed to, my dog sleeps on the sofa.

7. What does your relationship with your pet mean for you?

A LOT. Chanel is my everything. I hate to leave her when I need to go to college. I try to take her with me as much as I can. She's spoiled, I'm aware of that but I think like “ if you have a pet be good for him/her. They also have feelings and they don't live for 30 years of more.. Just spoil them and you get so much love back.

8. What are your favorite assure unforgettable memories with your pet?
I can't really name one. I just love the little things with her. How happy she gets when she sees that my dad arrived and she can come with us. She's also very sweet she ALWAYS walks behind me wherever I go in the house. When I got home from my surgery I was scared that she would jump on me and hurt me but she stayed calm, kept me company ect..

9. What are the pet names for your pet?
“Mup”, “muppie”. These are Dutch words :)

Do you have a pet? Share it with me in the comments below.

Shopping at Reserved.

In Poland I discovered a very nice store 'Reserved'! You can compare their collection a bit with ZARA I think. It's one of the largest clothing chains in Poland. The prices are about the same as those of ZARA. Resevered exists in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Estonia, Lithuania, Russia, Romania, Bulgaria, Lotva, Hungary and Ukraine. Hopefully it comes to West Europe in the future. It would be a good competitor for ZARA and H&M.

Last day in Poland.

Hello, ever been to the hairdresser in another country? Annoying or just not? Well, I did it today. Together with my mother a grandmother we were looking for a hairdresser in this small village. We found a hairdresser who was very modern! Who would have ever thought that haha. In Belgium I find the hairdressers so rough and so I also hate to go. In Poland, there not! Two women were drying my hair and I felt like Paris Hilton! They are so sweet here and are afraid to hurt you. I guess I've never been this happy with a simple wash! We decided to relax today because we have to drive a lot tomorrow. My last night here I'll spend it cozy with the family!

OOTD.

Today we visited a ski resort. I had overslept so i needed to take something out of my closet really quick. Usually when I don't have time, I stay for quite some time infront of my closet to find an outfit. I saw my black skirt and my oufit was quickly chosen. A simple top with a special skirt and my outfit was complete!

Bracelets: Pandora, I am
Watch: D&G
Skirt, top and necklace: H&M
Shoes: Van Loock
Bag: Zara

In the evening when we arrived at my family there house, I wanted to put on something else to go the the restaurant. And again, I didn't have much time. I combined a top with bigger pearls with my black skirt and put on my high heels. They look like Jeffrey Campbell, I know. I bought these fake JC's in a really small shop in Italy. They sold fake shoes of expensive brands in small sizes. JC starts with size 36 (UK 5), too big for me. I bought these in size 34 (UK 1,5-2) for 40 euros and nobody sees the difference.

Top: Pimkie
Shoes: Italiƫ/Italy

Graduation present.

"And what do I get now?" I said as a joke to my mom when I got my grades and heard that I graduated. My diploma and certificate were a fact! "Well okay, choose something!" did she answered. In February I got a Michael Kors watch for my 18th birthday and since then my intrests in the brand grew. I surfed quite some time on their website and if you know me well, you know that I have a soft spot for handbags. "Maybe a handbag?" I didn't go into detail anymore because you can hardly find Michael Kors in Belgium. And i didn't like the idea of buying an expensive handbag via the internet.

Last week I was walking around in Dresden, we made a stop to stay the night and I wanted to shop a bit. It was almost 9PM and the shops started to close. A handbag with 'MK' on it got my attention, like a bell rang inside my head. I shouted "They sell Michael Kors!" to my mom. We got curious and entered the shop. There he stood on top of the rack a square, tight, camel Micheal Kors.  Ihad already decided for myself that it would be him, but then my stepfather came, he found another one more beautiful, which was also more expensive. The clerk saw me infront of the mirror with rectangular handbag and winked at me. I knew she was thinking the same thing. "That's the best!" She also confirmed it in German and gave me a whole word commentary, what my mother did not understand haha. I thought it was super sweet of the saleswoman. She could sell me an expensive handbag but she did not. There need to be more people like her! Less than 15 minutes later  I walked out with the handbag of my dreams. As proud as a peacock!

Krackow.

Today I visited the Krackow city in Poland. After a 2 hour drive through the mountains, on roads where you could drive max 70 per hour we were finally there. I did not know what to expect. I love cities but Krackow was just the only city where I had not been looking for! "This square is very beautiful!" that wasthe only thing I was told by my grandmother.

Many old buildings, stores that they do not have in Belgium .. That got my attention actually. I must admit Krackow has totally not stolen my heart. I did not feel myself in Poland but maybe that's because I can grasp Poland and hot weather not good We also did a ride by horse and cart, where I first had absolutely no favors. "In a carriage by the city? I want to see the city itself!" But I didn't want to be stubborn  and jumped into the carriage. I stroked today for the first time in seven years a horse. Quite special for me because for a long time I didn't want to know anything about horses. It actually came by all those girls who do horse riding as a sport and put 123489 photos with emotional texts on Facebook. Nothing for me! Oh, what a heat comes from nostrils of a horse, haha!

Goodnight Polska.

My first night in Poland succeeded! We had a BBQ and for the rest I walked a bit in the garden. It's so peaceful, so soothing .. After my first night I can say that I only understand a few words in Polish and I think it will stay like that. It's so exhausting to listen to Polish all the time and try to understand. Hopefully tomorrow I know a new word!

There is not yet decided what to do tomorrow, but I definitely want to see as much as possible in a short time. I just suggested  to go to Auschwitz. That was according to my family here not a good idea. "You will not eat anything all day!" It must be very hard emotionally because they told me about German students of 12-13 years who were going to visit and then had to go in therapy because it was too hard and emotional. But I would love to see it and now I'm in the area. My grandmother tells me so much about how they lived in the war and so many other stories. Therefore, I would also love to see it, because it happened so close.

If I do not get the chance I will definitely go there. This is something you need to have ever seen? I'm gonna crawl into bed, it was a long journey.

Polska!

Hello,

Finally I arrived in Poland. We had some problems, our GPS did not work in Poland. All in all, we are herequickly haha! As you can see, I found my way to the internet. It's 25 degrees, amazing! I also only have dresses and skirts with me. I secretly hope there is a chance to get a tan. I'm somewhere on top of a mountain in Poland with a super nice view! In the coming days we are going to visit a lot. I look forward to it!

Dankzij mijn reispil werd ik voor de eerste keer in mijn leven niet misselijk door te lezen!
Thanks to my pill I didn't get sick for the first time of my live through reading in the car!

My present for my diploma, safely protected!

This is my view for the upcoming week. Wow!
